Meet Maya Chen

Maya's journey with yoga began in her early twenties when she was searching for balance in a fast-paced world. What started as a physical practice quickly became a transformative path to self-discovery.

After training extensively in India and completing certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga (RYT-500), Maya returned to her hometown with a mission: to create a welcoming space where anyone could experience the profound benefits of yoga.

Her teaching style is known for being warm, accessible, and deeply attentive to each student's needs. Maya believes that the best yoga teacher is one who helps students become their own teachers.
