With over 15 years of practice and 10 years of teaching experience, Maya brings a warm, inclusive approach to yoga. Her classes blend traditional techniques with modern understanding of the body, creating a space where every practitioner can grow at their own pace.
Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, Maya believes that yoga is for every body. Her teaching philosophy centers on breath, mindful movement, and self-compassion.
